Austynn came out in my cowboy boots, then Pais (trying to walk straight and keep them on) in my tennies, and then Carson joined in the action in my heels :)
On Sunday afternoon the kids and I met Grandpa and Mimi in Roseburg, so Paislee could have some time with them. She was excited and ready to go! We went through some TERRIBLE rain on the way there, and thankfully the kids napped for at least part of the trip. Here they are when we arrived in the Freddy's parking lot :)
Gpa and Mimi treated us to a Starbuck's snack before we all loaded back into our cars. Poor Grandpa was not feeling well, but was such a good sport to come meet us!
And here is Pais, all ready to go! I think this is her first time solo with Gpa and Mimi; how fun!
Mitch stayed home to finish up this area in front of the wall/fence. Poor guy, the TERRIBLE rain we went through, got him as well :( He was drenched and completely ready to be done!! He was so close when we got home! Carson got his outside clothes on and helped Mitch while Austynn and I went to get something for dinner. It is sure nice come home to the front all fixed up! Good job, babe! (Gardens are our next project, per me :))
We put the kids down early, so we could enjoy a quiet meal. After we ate, it was clear they were not going down :) So, Mitch told them a story....and then, they got up and we played with them...
Carson wanted me to take a picture of the "cross" he made with his fingers :)
Yesterday we were surprised by some SUN!!!!! Oh, to have more of this :) After the gym, the kids and I went to Market of Choice, had lunch, went to Rite Aid got some gardening items, and then walked to the park. We were all ready to work outside yesterday when Mitch got home, but then we decided to take a walk and play instead. Agghh, love dry weather and getting outside!
Daddy showed us his jump roping skills with this small piece of rope Carson found :)
Carson, choosing to go in the mud vs avoiding it, got his foot stuck!

We love these, too!! Oh, my nieces and nephew are sooooo adorable!! I want to hug 'em! Really enjoyed seeing all the fun family things ya'll do! Ya'll are such great parents and your kids are well loved! Hugs to all--Stace and the girls
