Enjoying the sun! 3.7,8.2012

Yesterday we left about 11:45 and got home a bit after 3:00. Really, the kids could have taken naps before we left, but I saw clouds and thought that I better beat the rain! However, the clouds passed and it was beautiful! I love that I can take all 3 of them in the stroller!!! We did our normal thing and played at the park. The kids enjoyed walking some on the path, too. They had quiet time when we came home and then we met Mitch at the park by his work, where he played with them for about an hour. They were tired last night and napped well today :) 

Poor Mitch has had just tons of reports due within a close proximity of each other. Today he surprised us and came home a little after 4:00. We were finishing up our smoothies and about to head out on walk/run when he came home. I got to run next to him as he pushed the 3 kids, which was great! The kids played at the park and we headed home. Mitch went to bed, as he has to get up at midnight to finish more reports that are due at 6am - and then he will work all day. Poor guy needs some sleep! So nice that we got to enjoy some time with him! In a couple of the pictures, the kids are hiding their eyes and counting while Mitch hid :)  (check out Paislee coming up the slide behind Carson - she was just about to get Carson! - when he moved, she tucked down and "counted", got up and went running to find dad!) They finally found him behind the tree. Carson, our social boy, asked another dad where his dad was :) The little boy that was with Carson finding Mitch was the little boy to the dad he was talking to.
