Our big anticipation for February was Austynn's first plane ride and trip to Texas to see her cousins!! Mimi and Grandpa graciously took little Austynn to Audrey's 4th birthday party!!! Austynn (and all of us) had been looking forward to this for about a month. How exciting that the day finally arrived! Austynn was ready to head out on her little adventure! She was all excited about her new purple backpack, too!

Austynn and Carson had lots of goodbyes! The last thing she wanted was a kiss and a hug from Carson! Cars did pretty good with it all. When they left and we got back in the house, he cried a little and said he wanted to go. I told him about going fishing and to a b-ball game the next day and he got better :) It is so nice for the kids to have some solo time!

Our Saturday started with a yummy Marie Callendar's breakfast - Carson LOVES their pancakes! Then we went fishing (it was cold, so this didn't last long). We took a short walk, went home and had naps, and then headed to a UO b-ball game. It was a nice day w Cars (and Pais) :)
We enjoyed our day with you little man! We will catch fish ... someday ;) The b-ball game was less than exciting, but still fun to see the new arena.
