We had such an enjoyable time at the cabin last time that we headed up for another weekend! This time Mitch brought his pole and got a fishing license! Teaching Cars how to reel. (Austynn is intently watching!)

Cars up on a rock. Hard to believe how big my son is! Seems he has really grown up this summer.
The kids got baths in the sink. Daddy put Pais on the front pack and headed back down for some more fishing!
Time for a fire! The kids are helping Mitch get it started.
This is the last picture of Austynn with her paci - she started chewing on them (must be getting molars) and quickly went through 5! So, that is one way to have us take the pacis away. She had a couple rough nights, but has been doing very well! She kept saying "no more pacis, no more pacis" - she would put her hands up in the air and shake her head as she said it. It was pretty cute!

We got the kids (and me!) fudge sickles after their naps. Yummy!
We drove and found a new little area to play in the water (a little sandier and more shallow) so the kids could walk out in the water.

Dad and mom met us at this beach. I didn't get a picture of our favorite broasted chicken and jo-jo dinner that they got for us, but it was great!! They took Carson and Austynn home with them, so Mitch and I had night almost to ourselves and we were able to sleep in in the morning (I think maybe Mitch woke up and read another book, but I slept!). I then drove over to their house with Paislee, while poor Mitch headed home solo and back to work :(
