This was the day after we picked Paislee up from Grandpa and Mimi's - the kids are enjoying relaxing on the couch, watching cartoons and eating some fruit loops :)
So many of these pics are from my phone, so not great, but fast and easy! I had to include this bc it is one thing the girls love to do - try on all kinds of shoes! Here Austynn is trying to help Paislee get Carson's Converse on :)
Paislee enjoying the boots that Audrey shared with her! She can almost fit them - yay!
This is Paislee (and daddy) enjoying some Mint Chocolate Chip gelato while Carson and Austynn were with Papa and Nana at Grandpa and Grandma's (how is that for a mouth full!)
"say cheese, mom!"
Paislee and mommy had a little ice cream date at McDonald's!
I had one day without rain at the beginning of the month, so my grandparents brought us some good gardening soil, and got us going on the garden. Sometimes it can be difficult to have an agenda with kids :) My agenda was getting our peas in the ground! And, regardless, I was going for it! We worked outside for about 6 hours on Monday and then 3-4 on Tuesday (evening, after and in, the rain). Oohhhhh, what a MUDDY mess! wow! Might be the muddiest they have ever been! Finally I managed to get some of the bark down to cover the MUD! Here is a picture of where we have our peas planted - I pray they grow and produce well! We planted sugar snap and snow peas! Aren't Mitch's supports awesome!

This is one of my all time favorites of the girls! Wow, they were a mess!
This is Tuesday - we planted half this area with lettuce. Will add cucumbers and maybe more in a few weeks (can't wait! bc get to plant our tomatoes, too!).
And these pics are from Easter weekend, when we got it all done! Mitch stayed up late Thursday evening and finished the second trellis for the peas. He worked hard on Saturday while I made a pie and cleaned the house and then I got the fun job of planting!
Here is our new bamboo and our herb pots! Love it! Mitch's design and my planting :) I even made some chicken, cooked in olive oil w the herbs, onion, pepper, and garlic last week - pretty yummy!
Our goal is to one day have a HUGE garden! Blueberries and fruit trees...mmmmm.
Here is Pais on the way up to Salem for our Easter service - tired baby!
And on the way home, enjoying a milkshake - why not after burgers and fries from Five Guys - may as well do it right :)
Carson and Austynnn got some beads in their Easter basket - they both made these necklaces in their quiet time.
Last week we worked in the backyard some more. Mitch also got some stuff to try to kill the moss on our roof. One thing Eugene is good for - MOSS! It grows everywhere! Anyway...He needed a ladder to get on the roofs - what did he do? He bought three 2x4s and built his own ladder :) Nice work, babe! He did say it was slightly heavier than a "normal" ladder.

love these!! My favorite are the girls in the mud in the tub and Cars and Austy cuddling with their furry friends and necklaces!! Ya'll have a beautiful family!! Love-Stace
