Ohhhh, what a little cutie our Carson is! He has so been looking forward to this day and Mitch and I were really praying he would have a special day! However, due to his EXCITEMENT, we had Carson in our room at 5:20 AM! We tried to let him lay by us - tried lots to get him back to sleep, but it just didn't happen! So, we decided we best all get up and start our big day!
Mitch heard that a nearby pond was being stocked with steelhead, so thought it would be fun for Carson to be able to catch a "big fish". However, it turns out that maybe it will be stocked next week. Regardless, they had a blast! They were ready and out the door before it was completely light! Mitch took our little video camera and got some super cute videos of Carson! I may have to do a couple posts to get all the videos to come through.
After fishing, he and daddy got groceries, came home and had lunch, had a quick bath, and then he and I got to go to his friend, Levi's, birthday party. It was at the Science Factory, so Cars got to check out all kinds of stuff - they built their own little water bottle rockets and set them off. It was fun to watch him interact with the other kids. He did so good and was so sweet. It was nice for me to get some quality one on one time w him, too! We love you so much, Carson Paul! Amazing how grown up he is getting!
