Family fun!

Yay! Nana and Auntie Ashley came over for a day visit today!! The kids were so happy and we all had so much fun. Amazing how fast a day can go, huh!

Gramps/Gram treated us to Chipotle! Yummy. Grandpa wasn't a huge fan, though, as he found it too messy :) Darn those BIG burritos!

Papa and Nana got Cars a Thomas the Train track/set for Christmas, but it was hard to use on the ground. Today they got him a table for it - yay!! Dad is resting here as he just put it all together for Cars and then put his track together. Cars is loving it! He was tired and should have been in bed about 7:30, but Mitch played with him and even made some kettle corn for the 2 of them :) Carson said, "yay, dad, a PARTY!" ... "I am so happy!!"

Here was Mitch and the kids working out in the front yard - the 1st time the kids have been able to work out in the front yard - so nice to have the fence! Mitch was great this weekend and watched the kids outside so I could try to get some things done inside. This was Mitch showing Carson a worm. Cars is getting into worms this year. Notice the kids both have capri suns, too. Mitch spoiled them with goodies from his shopping trip :)

Here is what Mitch calls "a little taste of Heaven!" - peanut butter with vanilla ice cream. Pretty tasty! We have been having lots of "parties" with the kids. They think they are fun!! (and so do we) :)

Here is a kettle corn and Franklin "party". We have to keep Artie's memory alive with our "parties"!!
