Carson turns 5!!!!!!

Wow! Was it just 5 years ago that we had our first babe at Littleton Adventist Hospital? 

We enjoyed Carson's day and tried to make it special for him. One of the first things we got to do was go to his new school (even though they are moving) and meet his teacher. We got to check out the classroom, and Mrs. Callahan had the class sing Happy Birthday to him and then all the kids gave him a high five. It was great! I am super excited about his teacher, the kids he will be around, and the school. We just decided, on his birthday, that he will do 3 half days and 2 full days. I just can't wait to see his growth in this next year! While we were visiting the school, his daddy and sisters were picking out a surprise for him ;)

 This one is cute bc I asked him how old he was and he showed me 4 fingers and then realized it was really 5 :)

 He wanted candles in his lunch, too, but just two :) He was too busy building his legos from his cousins to look at the camera or blow out his candles!

 This cookie was his surprise from his dad and sisters! The kids enjoyed some cookie after lunch. We were done at the school by 10:00ish, so I took the kids to the mall to play awhile (it was raining).

 They all came home and took good naps, so we thought they would be ready to go for the evening. Mitch came home early and we had dinner and went bowling. We planned to get ice cream after bowling, but did not finish the entire game of bowling. Time for kids to go to bed! :)
